Even though I’d researched your system of carrying large objects I was still doubtful that there wouldn’t be any damage to steps and thresholds. I’d just like to say a big thanks to your two colleagues who were both professional, helpful and very polite in delivering today. They called an hour prior as promised and checked again when the sat nav took them to wrong road so that they could find me easily. They unwrapped, positioned the fridge and even fixed the door handles on the machine very quickly and took great care in ensuring the machine was not bumped nor damaged between transit of the van and kitchen. They also briefly explained what to do with the fridge initially. All very helpful. Both are a great credit to your company. Thank you for a professional service which I have found lacking with other logistic companies in the past."
